Missions

Crossing cultures and borders to share the Gospel and transform lives.

“Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations…”Matthew 28:19

Missionary Service: Whether you have a passion for business as mission or the education of children, our missionaries serve to strengthen the local church to spread the gospel through scattered people.  Worlds Crossing missionaries have a strong missiology that sees ecclesiology as central to missionary life and work.  Since Worlds Crossing places a high value on the primacy of the local church, our missionaries are members of healthy local churches in the global cities where they serve.  If a healthy church does not yet exist, their work will aim toward the support and formation of one.  Explore our current projects or churches and get in touch with our recruiter to see how you might serve with Worlds Crossing.

Churches partnering with Churches: Churches in global cities are often working in a minority context where gospel-centered Christianity is rare. The church in these global cities needs the support of established churches that have a passion to reach the nations. Perhaps your church is looking for a strategic partnership with a church abroad that needs your help. Contact Worlds Crossing to explore how your church could get involved.

Current Missionaries:

Loren and Alaina Holland

Loren and Alaina have served Rome International Church for over eight years along with their four children. They both grew up on the mission field and were discipled in an English-language church. The transient international community is dear to their hearts because it is where Christ found them.

They have a strong vision to see RIC become a hub for church planting English-language churches in global cities and see Rome as a key location for multiplying churches, training new pastors and leaders, and sending missionaries to the ends of the earth.
